I'd like to first thank you all stockholders, customers & related vendors who always love Emsonic as usual.

We have completed our line up of micro, general & car speakers by taking over Motojoy & Microtech in 2005
and have been producing various speakers for mobile phone, TVs & cars since then.
Moreover our Display & Circuit dept. has opened a new field by supplying packages of all kind of parts relating
to audio and video system.

It was widely known that Bukdoo Sound, the predecessor of Motojoy was one of the majors in this field in
the past and now Emsonic does strive to get that noble brand image back through aggressive investment
in R&D and production facilities.

I wish to congratulate my staff working hard in each place. Hopefully you give us a big interest and time to
see a new Emsonic evolving into a leading company in this field, and hopefully you will not hesitate to contact
